A special weekend warmer, perfect for the whole family!
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp amla powder (optional)
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
¼ cup chopped dates
2 apples, cubed
1 cup frozen blueberries
Squeeze of lemon juice
2 cups water
1 cup plant milk
METHOD:
In a medium baking dish, combine all ingredients (except the blueberries) and stir well to combine evenly.
Add the blueberries and stir through gently.
Bake at 200C for 30-40 mins or until golden on top and all liquid has been absorbed.
Serve warm with fresh fruit or plant based yoghurt (optional).
